To comply with H&SWA 1974 & CoSHH regulations you must have a legionella risk assessment. We are able to undertake assessments from small domestic to large systems. 

We can undertake L8 monitoring tasks on your behalf, which might involve temperature monitoring, shower cleaning or inspection of cold water storage tanks .

Water sampling can be required for several reasons for legionella control, sampling closed systems in line with BRISA or effluent sampling.

Where TMV'S are installed the risk from legionella increases. This can be minimised by correctly servicing and descaling the strainers associated with these devices
